What you are buying

AI Web Launcher is a one-time purchase (99€) that gives you access to a private GitHub repository containing the Next.js boilerplate, its documentation, the AI-indexing layer, and every future update. There is no subscription and no renewal.

License

One purchase lets you build and deploy unlimited websites with the boilerplate, including client projects and your own commercial products. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the boilerplate itself (or a lightly modified copy) as a competing template or starter, and you may not share repository access with people outside your team.

Payments and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. Because you receive full access to the source code immediately, purchases cannot be fully refunded. If the product is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and you get 50% back, no questions asked.

Updates and support

Updates are delivered through the GitHub repository for the lifetime of the product. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. We may improve, change, or retire individual features over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The boilerplate is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the websites you build with it, including their content, legal compliance, and third-party service costs (hosting, APIs, email). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
