Planned access

AI Web Launcher is currently in access-request mode. No payment or repository access is taken or granted through this page. The planned first-release package is priced at €99 and is intended to include the Next.js boilerplate, its documentation, the AI-indexing layer, and future updates. The final purchase terms will be shown before access opens.

License

The planned license is intended to let you build and deploy unlimited websites with the boilerplate, including client projects and your own commercial products. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the boilerplate itself (or a lightly modified copy) as a competing template or starter, and you may not share repository access with people outside your team.

Payments and refunds

Checkout is not currently enabled and the access-request form does not take payment. When commerce opens, the available payment and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Updates and support

Future updates are planned for the package. If access opens, update delivery will be through the GitHub repository. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. We may improve, change, or retire individual features over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The boilerplate is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the websites you build with it, including their content, legal compliance, and third-party service costs (hosting, APIs, email). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, if any.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
